Real del Mar is located on one of the highest appreciating real estate corridors in all of Mexico, equidistant between Puerto Vallarta and Punta de Mita. It had among the highest sales of a single independent Puerto Vallarta development in 2004. The developers, Tierra y Armonia, are a group of respected entrepreneurs that have over 25 years tenure in major projects in the Guadalajara area and are very active on the Costa Vallarta now.
