Greg Stanton
Broker / Owner

Greg Stanton was born in Mexico City of American Parents. He was educated between Mexico and the United States. He is truly bilingual and bicultural. After living in the USA most of his life he returned to Mexico in the 1991 when he accepted a position with a Global leader in Beverage Packaging as Commercial Director in Mexico and Latin America. Tired of corporate travels, remarried, with a new baby and aware of the pending boom in the area Real Estate Market, Greg moved to Puerto Vallarta with his family in 2001 seeking a better quality of life for him and his family. When he arrived he first worked with the Developers Grupo Real del Mar and then, after seeing the need for truly professional Realty Services in the North Bay, he opened Costa Vallarta Realty in 2005. “Our goal is to provide our clients with knowledgeable, honest Professional Real Estate Services”. “All our staff has local knowledge and has been provided the required training and certifications to perform their functions in a professional manner”. “Customer satisfaction is and always will be at the core of these business principals.”
In November of 2006, Greg accepted a position with DINE, The Master Developer of the exclusive Development called Punta Mita as Director of Operations and Resident Services. While leaving the day to day operation of The Realty Company in the hands of his capable staff and new partners, Greg still participates in key decisions and strategies the Company will take.

 

Marcos Petrina
Sales Manager

Two words, Customer service. As the Sales Manager of Costa Vallarta Realty, Marcos Petrina brings a level of professional commitment to our clients. He has worked with some of the most recognized Realtors in the region and now brings this knowledge and commitment to service to Costa Vallarta Realty sales team. Marcos is also a very qualified jazz musician. You may see him on a given evening at some of the notable restaurants in Vallarta playing his mellow Saxophone to everyone's enjoyment. Music is his love...Customer service his passion...

 

Antonio Palacio
Administrator

Antonio has been very active in the Vallarta Real Estate market for over 15 years as the administrative manager of a major realtor in the area. During his years in Vallarta he has been a key man in organizing Sports tournaments including Volleyball, Tennis and Golf. An avid sportsman and professional, Antonio is dedicated to doing everything he does right. As the administrator for Costa Vallarta Realty, Antonio assures that our sales and administration staffs fulfill their obligations to the company and our clients thus assuring customer satisfaction.

 

Iliana Morfin
Sales Representative

Iliana has been an active member of the Puerto Vallarta Real Estate community for the past two years, specializing in north shore properties. Previously Iliana was active in the Baja California Market with Coldwell Banker. In addition to providing personalized service to her clients, Iliana is also very active in community affairs including; being the founder of the soon to be Public Library in the small town outside Punta Mita, she is a member of the International Friendship Club and of the Riviere du Mexique Investment Club.

Sandy Motter
Sales Representative

Being the daughter of someone who is in the US Air Force means you travel…and travel a lot. After spending much of her childhood "all over", Sandy's dad retired in Boise Idaho where Sandy graduated from Boise State University with a degree in Communications. Here career in sales took her to the Jewelry Industry where she obtained degrees in Gemology and Diamontology. While on vacation in Puerto Vallarta with her husband Rick, they feel in love with all the enchantments that Vallarta holds and decided to move here four years ago. Sandy has been involved in the Fractional Industry here and now has chosen to fully dedicate herself to Real Estate. With her energy and desire to work hard for her clients, we warmly welcome Sandy to our team.

 

Liza Kovacs
Business Development Specialist

An English and Spanish speaking professional in Real Estate, born and raised in Tepic, the capital of the state of Nayarit and raised in a Mexican-Hungarian family, Liza brings a beautiful smile to the Costa Vallarta team. She graduated from the Instituto Tecnológico de Tepic with a degree in Business Administration. She later attended the Instituto Tecnológico de Colima where she received a degree in Tourism. After she finished her studies she moved to Canada and worked in service related industries, with her last position being manager of a prominent Toronto area restaurant.

Liza has been responsible to develop Costa Vallarta Realty businesses in the north bay and surrounding areas, offering her customers a consulting approach in Real Estate investments.

Maru Lions
Land Specialist & Sales Associate

Maru has arrived to Vallarta in 2007 after living in Monterrey and Mexico City. She has worked in leading corporations such as Grupo Alfa, Productos Del Monte as well as in well-known restaurants.

Her experience in Real Estate in Vallarta comes from the 7 years of participating in recognized firms on the Bay: Las Palmas, Remax and other Brokerage organizations.

Maru works very closely with her clients and is commited to high customer satisfaction. She is a savvy Real Estate advisor and customers rely on her analysis capabilities and business orientation, from land search, properties acquisition and development opportunities.
Maru fluently speaks English, French and Spanish.
